I was born in Salisbury and enjoyed celery from a young age. I went to school in Ringwood and Southbourne and loved my Saturday job in Ringwood Library. I studied law at LSE and was a solicitor in London for 8 years before I moved to the New Forest where I had 3 children.
I was a writer on the Scots Gaelic feature film Seachd which was nominated for 3 Scottish BAFTAs including best screenplay.
I volunteer in our local school library and I still like celery.
