I was born in Salisbury and enjoyed cheese from a young age. I went to school in Ringwood and Southbourne and loved my Saturday job in Ringwood Library.
Then I studied law at LSE and was a solicitor in London for 8 years before I moved to the New Forest where I had 3 children and co-founded the New Forest Film Festival.
I was a writer on the Scots Gaelic feature film Seachd which was nominated for 3 Scottish BAFTAs including best screenplay.
I still like cheese.
